Paola Stay

Paola Stay, a native of Guayaquil, Ecuador, moved to the Bradenton area in 2003 to pursue her passion for law.

Ms. Stay earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida. Her exceptional academic performance earned her the prestigious distinction of Magna Cum Laude. During her time at the university, Ms. Stay’s dedication to achieving excellence was acknowledged by the respected National Honor Society.

Ms. Stay obtained her J.D. from Western Michigan Cooley Law School, receiving her Juris Doctorate with Cum Laude Honors in 2022. During her time in law school, Ms. Stay was recognized for her outstanding academic performance and was awarded a place on the Dean’s List, Honor Roll, and Certificates of Merit in Law Practice, Zoning, and Land Use Planning.

Ms. Stay completed the Negotiation Mastery certificate program at Harvard Business School Online in 2024, demonstrating her eagerness to learn more.

Ms. Stay has a strong commitment to giving back to her community. As a volunteer with the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Office and Meals on Wheels Plus of Manatee, Ms. Stay is making a real difference in the lives of those around her.
