Gianna Marie Tomeo

Gianna was born in Sarasota, Florida and raised in a large Italian family. She left Florida to pursue her education on a full scholarship to play on the Seton Hall University Division 1 Women’s Golf Team. While at Seton Hall she was a 4-time recipient of the Big East Conference All-Academic Team, and a member of the National Student Athlete Honor Society (Chi Alpha Sigma). She graduated from Seton Hall with Magna Cum Laude honors in a dual-major program earning a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Information Technology Management.

Gianna’s college accolades earned her a Dean’s Merit Scholarship to attend the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University. While in law school, Gianna was a staff writer for the Environmental Law Journal. Gianna was also a student-representative in Villanova’s Federal Tax Clinic for low-income taxpayers in disputes with the IRS. Her volunteer work with this Clinic earned her the Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service upon graduation.

Gianna and her husband A.J. are avid golfers and devoted Villanova fans. They reside in Bradenton and spend their free time traveling and enjoying the game that brought their relationship and careers to fruition.
